Villa Vuosanta is a diverse event and accommodation venue, perfect for both private and corporate events, located in the beautiful archipelago of Uutela in East Helsinki. With 4,5 hectares of private land, we can guarantee you a unique setting right by the Baltic Sea surrounded by nature. Regularly you can see squirrels, forest deers and a wide diversity of birds roaming around.

Lillvillan & sauna
Lillvillan is a beautiful two story cottage and also the oldest building on our land. It has a large yard and terrace with sauna that seats up to 10 people at the same time, grill hut and a 4 person jacuzzi. Here you can accommodate 6 people and has a fully equipped kitchen The cozy lounge ’living room’ has a fireplace and couch where you can crawl up and relax.
Storavillan
The eye-catcher of our land is this iconic Jugendstil mansion, which was built in 1900 by architecture legends Gesellius, Lindgren & Saarinen. Storavillan is perfect for weddings, business events, private dinners and intimate events. Here we can host seated dinners up to 84 people, accommodate up to 19 people and personalise your perfect event!
Venevaja
Our (newly renovated and heated) boathouse is perhaps the most versatile building in Vuosanta. It is light, spacious and can equally adept at hosting work-related events as it is to a crayfish dinner or birthday party. Venevaja comfortably seats 40-50 people and could be used by itself or in combination with our Lillvillan pihasauna or Storavillan.
